Poczta Polska sending customers texts with couriers’ contact details

Poczta Polska’s new service is now available across Poland.

Poczta Polska has announced that customers will now receive text messages with the telephone number of the courier who is delivering their parcel.

In a statement issued today (12 February), Poczta Polska said that new service will enable the customer to contact the courier and agree on delivery times.

Poczta Polska said that it piloted the scheme in Warsaw in the autumn of last year and the solution became available across Poland this month (February).
